Core Crushing workout – Body Long
This quick 10 minute workout is pretty intense and it’s all done with your body long, meaning your body is always straight. No crunches or sit ups, all exercises that keep your body in a elongated form. We stand tall and walk tall so I believe it is important to train our bodies tall. Try this workout with me, it’s just under 10 minutes and you will feel great after it, the pushups and plank drills are killer and you will feel it in your upper body as well.
